Working Principle
This machine consisted of the hopper,vibration chamber,connecting shaft and electric motor.Vibrating chamber is equipped with eccentric wheel.rubber soft tubes,main shaft and shaft-bearing,etc.When the adjustagble eccentric weight dropper is pressed to the central line of main shaft by motor driven,in unbalanced conditions,it creates eccentricity,which makes the materials forming regular track eddy.The amplitude of the weight dropper may be regulated according to different materials and the meshes of screens. The whole machine has the features of compact structure,small volume non-dust flying low noise,high output,low energy consumption,easy to be moved and maintained.
